By using her Profeet insoles and slowly building her strength up, she has jumped back into the athletics season and has excelled! She got the call up from the Great British squad for last weekend’s European Team championships in Poland.
Emily competed in the 3000m and finished an impressive 9th in a time of 9:19:99. Emily said:
I wish I was less injured this season. But, I loved every minute of being out there on track, I soaked it all in, learnt a lot and got some war wounds. I enjoyed it and am ready for the next challenge! Thank you so much to Profeet and my physio for the support.
Overall, the GB team secured 5th place in the team standings.
