Tapering as we approach the conclusion of the programme. The fitness is done now so, for the last 2 weeks maintain the level. Keep the body moving but take it down a peg to freshen the body up ready for the final push. That way you’ll be firing on all cylinders for the finale.

WEEK 8: LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
The going’s getting tough and we’re pushing hard this week. A training plan helps to maintain focus, but remember to listen to your body. Work hard, but if it feels like it’s just too much or you’re starting to get muscle strains, then ease it back. It’s all about working at a pace you can maintain.

If you have any ongoing issues you could consider Biomechanical Analysis and Custom Insoles to better understand your movement patterns, identify imbalances and properly support your feet.

WEEK 6: FOAM ROLLING
