Following your assessment, your insoles are 100% custom-built using high definition vacuum technology and then hand finished while you wait.

Impression

A mould of your foot is taken using state of the art high definition (HD) vacuum technology – imagine a hi-tech footprint in the sand.

 

Heat Moulding

A composite insole is vacuum heated to soften and bond the specific materials together, before being placed in the HD mould. Your foot is then placed on the insole to form an exact mould of your foot.

Shaping and trimming

After your insoles have set to your exact foot shape, they are hand finished with high density form to stabilise and customise the support in your shoes and then hand trimmed to exactly fit.

Our Everyday Custom appointment is a one-to-one process that delivers the most complete insole fitting and comfort solution available. This service is suitable for all individuals that spend time on their feet and want to increase comfort.

Our qualified technicians will:

  • – analyse and identify your key movement patterns.
  • – focus on any issues you experience day to day to understand the root causes.
  • – create custom insoles.

Includes:

  • – Lower leg functional assessment (static and dynamic).
  • – HD video gait analysis – hips, legs, feet and upper body.
  • – Dynamic foot pressure scanning.
  • – Functional and strength & conditioning exercises where appropriate and helpful.
  • – Assessment report.
  • – Profeet Custom Insoles fitted to your existing footwear.
  • – Profeet Fit Guarantee on insoles.
  • – The assessment is valid for 12 months, during which time additional custom insoles can be purchased alone at £129.95. 2
  • – Please note, after 12 months, a new assessment is required due to potential physical and biomechanical changes.

At Profeet, achieving the optimum fit isn’t a one-off appointment – it’s a process.

Your body adapts, footwear settles, and real performance only happens once you’ve spent time using your footwear and/or custom insoles in the real world. That’s why our support continues after you leave the store.

If something doesn’t feel quite right, we encourage you to come back and see us. During the first 90 days from the date of purchase, we’ll provide free fit-related assessments, refinements and adjustments to help optimise comfort, fit and performance.

If, after assessment and reasonable adjustments, we are unable to achieve the right outcome, we may offer one of two clear routes depending on the product: a custom-fitted footwear exchange within 30 days of purchase, or a 90-day money-back guarantee for custom insoles, excluding the original appointment fee.
