If something doesn’t feel quite right, we encourage you to come back and see us. During the first 90 days from the date of purchase, we’ll provide free fit-related assessments, refinements and adjustments to help optimise comfort, fit and performance.
If, after assessment and reasonable adjustments, we are unable to achieve the right outcome, we may offer one of two clear routes depending on the product: a custom-fitted footwear exchange within 30 days of purchase, or a 90-day money-back guarantee for custom insoles, excluding the original appointment fee.
