i. Hands On Assessment:
An in-depth functional screening, where we test joint range of motion, muscle strength, flexibility, and stability. This stage uncovers how your body moves and identifies potential weak links in the chain, as well as strengths and imbalances that influence your footwear and insole needs.

ii. Full-Body Gait & Foot Function Analysis with High-Definition Video:
This comprehensive review of your movement, assesses how your feet function in motion and how they influence the rest of your body. It also reveals how footwear can affect and be affected by hips, knees, posture, and overall gait mechanics, highlighting the need for a whole-body approach.

iii. Dynamic Foot Pressure Mapping:
We analyse how and where your feet load through every step using advanced pressure plate technology. This reveals your centre of pressure path, weight transfer timings, balance distribution, and pressure hotspots. All essential for understanding where forces act on your feet and how they influence movement efficiency, stability, and potential injury risk.

This multi-layered approach ensures we gather all the information needed to:

• – select the right footwear for your unique biomechanics.
• – manufacture custom insoles precisely tuned to your needs.
• – design a targeted strength & conditioning programme to support your footwear, reduce injury risk, and, where required, enhance performance.

• – Please wear running clothing for your appointment. For the most accurate motion analysis, avoid wearing all-black and/or oversized, baggy clothing, as this can make it difficult for us to capture the necessary detail in your movement.

The goal is simple: get you in the right running shoes, the first time.
Using the RUNRIGHT-3D system, our technicians carry out a quick but highly accurate running assessment designed to optimise comfort, boost performance, and reduce injury risk.

RUNRIGHT-3D has Profeet at its core, created by one of our founders, with support from the current team in testing, helping refine the metrics, and shaping the tailored strength & conditioning programmes.

Who’s it for?

Insole options:

• – We can’t make and test custom insoles during this free assessment, but we can test off-the-shelf insoles to improve fit, comfort, and support without going fully custom.

Before your appointment:

• – Wear running clothing.
• – Avoid all-black outfits, the cameras pick up movement more clearly with light or bright colours.
• – Aim for contrast between your top and bottom (e.g. light top with dark shorts or vice versa).

• – Complex fitting issues are best addressed through our Pro Run Assessment, our original and most in-depth fitting service.

The Profeet Fit Guarantee
Although we do our utmost to make sure you leave Profeet comfortable with your new footwear and custom insoles, we understand issues can arise.

The Profeet Fit Guarantee is valid for footwear and custom insoles for 90 days from the date of purchase. It enables you to come back into the Lab store, and have your problem assessed by one of our technicians, who will come up with the best possible solution to address the matter.
