Footwear & Custom Insole Fit Guarantee

Should a comfort problem develop within 90 days of purchase, we will happily refit your footwear and custom insoles at no extra charge. Please call 020 7736 0046 to discuss any issues you have and arrange a free adjustment appointment.

If despite adjustments, you continue to experience fit or comfort issues then we may exchange your footwear and custom insoles if needed. One exchange per customer is allowed.

In addition, for Custom Insoles we offer a 90 day Money Back Guarantee for peace of mind and to encourage you to test our custom insoles and how they can improve comfort, increase performance and prevent injury.

Footwear Fit Terms & Conditions

• The Footwear & Custom Insoles Fit Guarantee is applicable to footwear and custom insoles purchased at the Profeet Sports Lab, Fulham Road, in conjunction with the Profeet Signature Custom Fitting Assessment for Running, Outdoor, Tennis & Racket Sports, Football & Team sports and Everyday Footwear only.   It does not apply to our Shoe Assessments or 3D Running Assessment.
• The item(s) in question must have been purchased at Profeet and you must produce proof of purchase.
• You must follow our Break-in and Usage Guidelines along with all other advice given to you during your appointment.
• Follow-up appointments must be booked in advance.
• You must provide us with the opportunity to examine, adjust and re-fit the footwear and custom insoles at our store before any exchange or refund is permitted.
• The Assessment fee is non-refundable.
• The item(s) in question must not have been unreasonably worn, damaged or used for a purpose other than sold or intended.
• We may change our Footwear Fit Guarantee from time to time.
• Our Footwear Fit Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
