Profeet team member Emma completes over 7000 burpees in 24 hours

Huge congratulations to Profeet team member Emma, who spend most of the weekend doing burpees!

Emma was raising money for Cancer Research UK, motivated by the death of her father three years ago.  She was joined in the challenge at different times by friends – watch this video of them here.

The choice of a burpee was because of its metaphor as a challenge we face in our lives. If you get knocked down, you must get up again – whether it’s a battle with cancer or something else in life.

At the end of the 24 hours, Emma had completed 7015 burpees – as well as losing 4kg in weight.
