At the Profeet Run Lab we see a lot of injuries that can be attributed to poor ankle function.
This series of exercises looks at storing good ankle range of motion in all the different planes, as well as general strength for it too. If you get this right, it can alleviate a lot of problems higher up the chain.
This video covers four different exercises, all of which use a resistance band. These all use very controlled movements, nice and easy, to strengthen your ankle.
