Big toe exercises to improve strength, reduce injury [Video, 2:13] -

A lot of what we do at Profeet is under-pinned by getting the foot restored to a well-functioning unit of your body.

 

This video covers a number of exercises that we use a lot to help people, particularly with their big toe – the ‘steering wheel’ of the body.  If it’s not functioning properly, then it can cause a lot of different problems.

 

These exercises work on the function of the big toe and massaging the arch of the foot, keeping the toe relaxed. This includes the very testing exercise of using your big toe independently of your other toes. Try it, it’s not easy, but it’s very good for you!
