Fresh from Olympic success, where she lifted a phenomenal 161kg in the clean and jerk to earn a coveted Silver medal, Emily approached the Commonwealth Games 2022 with visible confidence proudly carrying the flag for Team England. Emily achieved 124Kg in the snatch followed by an Olympic-topping 162Kg in the clean and jerk to deliver a total of 286kg and a well-earned Gold Medal.
