Profeet Ski Lab staff train with Sidas

For the third year in a row the new Profeet Ski Boot Lab team travelled to the Alps for intensive training with Sidas.

The team flew to Geneva in Switzerland and travelled down to Voiron in France for two days of training with top boot fitter Julian Mills.

Jules was born in the UK but has lived in Chamonix for the last 30 years and now works out of his own store – The BootRoom.

Jules has had extensive boot fit experience working on the World Cup Circuit and with suppliers Salomon, Rossignol, Lange and Sidas.

The latest techniques

The Ski Boot Lab team spent their time moulding and grinding with the latest footbed materials, using foaming liners to improve their technique, learning new race modifications and looking at ski boot canting.

New materials and tools are always coming to the market. We consider training and product knowledge fundamental.

Our training at Sidas was followed shortly afterwards by Janine and Frazer travelling to train with the Masterfit University in Austria.  So you can be sure that all the ski technicians in our Profeet Ski Boot Lab are up to date with all the latest technologies.
