What’s more, you can practice what you learn during this informative evening event, before you head to the mountains! So you can hit the slopes with some new found understanding and methods ready to raise your game.

What this workshop event covers
The Academy team will test your biomechanics, movement ranges, stability and give solutions. They look at 3 core principles:
SKI TECHNIQUE
How our body can move to get the best out of the equipment.
BIOMECHANICS
How our body can move in its best and most efficient way to maximise technique.
EQUIPMENT
This can help or hinder our chances of achieving the best results in any given terrain.
Get your personal solutions and fixes relative to your scores
All attendees will be assessed in the Ski Technique Lab’s 6 Way Foundation tests, focusing on Mobility, Stability, and Flexibility drills. You’ll be left with enough data and knowledge to build your own technique development program off snow and dramatically change your skiing before the winter season starts.
The ‘Ski Technique Lab’ redefines performance enhancement and provides advice on injury prevention.
