Natalie White competed over the last weekend in a race called Adamello Ultra Trail 170km. Over 11,500m of elevation change on a very technical course.

Natalie Lawrence placed and incredible 2^nd in Ironman 70.3 Weymouth! The distances involve a 1.2mile swim, a 56 mile bike ride and finish with a 13.1 mile half marathon. Going in with less preparation that she had hoped, she still managed a stellar performance completing the event in 4 hours 48 mins only 1.5mins behind the leader.

On 15^th September Paul Navesey tackled the Copenhagen half and came through in 65mins, not a PB but a very strong run. It was the same race in which the world record for the half was broken! Geoffrey Kamworor came through in 58:01
