Three Key Steps
1. We look at how your feet, knees and hips work – looking out for any limitations in movement.
2. We look at you running barefoot on the treadmill, checking for any imbalances between left and right, or muscle wastages.
3. We ask you to run over a pressure mat so we can review how the weight is being distributed by your foot during each pace.
