Profeet run staff visit Kingston University

We were taken round by Nikki, Hannah and Chris who all lecture at Kingston University and do research in Sport Science disciplines. The visit was not only an opportunity to test equipment; it was an opportunity to review our own methods of data collection for creating our custom insoles. We were able to perform a VO2 max test on run manager Dan, Marthe tested the research level 3D motion analysis system using multiple cameras and markers and Emma was able to test the heat chamber.

Within the lab, they also do consultancy work for athletes on any upcoming events, including preparation for races in extreme weather conditions such as Marathon des Sables and the Arctic Marathon.
