Profeet thoughts: Profeet Thoughts: Overall, the feel underfoot is firm but stable, on soft trail it feels very secure. For far more slippery muddy ground a shoe with deeper lugs would be preferable. The fit is very similar to their road shoe models. Therefore, slightly high shape around the heels to give secure hold. A wider forefoot for that marginally wider forefoot which is curved to match the shape of the foot..

Upper is made from multiple overlays of engineered materials especially so over the heel and toe. This area is slightly thicker in material for increased toe box protection from whatever uneven terrain you are running on.

The midsole of the Daichi 3 is composed of XtaRide foam with a singular Wave plate running through. The concave wave allows a smoother heel-to-toe transition. The outsole, is one of the most durable around using the Michelin outsole.
