Profeet Thoughts:
The new Salomon S/Pro still fits that medium flatter foot well, but with the re-designed last skiers with a slightly higher instep and wider forefoot can also enjoy it too. The S/Pro is a welcome upgrade from its predecessor, the thinner lighter weight plastics as well as the seamless liner make tailor-fitting the boot effortless and the performance upgrades are a noticeable welcome addition.
- Like what is seen in all Salomon boots for this season the S/Pro has Custom Shell HD which alongside the thinner lighter-weight plastics makes customisations and stretching easier than ever before.
- The new Coreframe construction, allows for increased rigidity whilst keeping weight down, and Sense Strap (softer plastic) of the cuff provides greater rebound, which together allow for greater power transmission and precision in every turn, meaning no compromises have to be made between comfort and performance.
- There is still a firm grip in the heel and ankle and the unique pre-shaped seamless liner gives great heel retention and all-day comfort.
- The thinner plastic gives the impression of more space in the forefoot, and the space over the instep has been increased to some extent, which makes for easier entry into the boot.
