Profeet thoughts: The Wave Sky 2 is overall an extremely comfortable running shoe. For the runner who covers a lot of distance this shoe will look after you all the way. The shape of this shoe overall is for a wider style of mid/forefoot.
Underfoot even though the shoe is well cushioned it is also responsive. The Wave Sky 2 uses a material called U4icX as its EVA to create this plush but reactive feel.
The overall initial feel of this shoe is instant cushioning. The plush underfoot feel is complimented by the padded heel which aids foot lockdown as well as feeling comfortable!
The Wave Sky 2 has AeroHug technology located in the midfoot which gives a wraparound effect to secure the midfoot. It also holds the arch for an even softer and more comfortable ride than before. It stretches as it holds therefore eliminating the space between foot and shoe.
