Capt Tom Evans is a British Army Officer and Ultra Runner. Tom has always been a keen sportsman and into his fitness. After completing a year’s training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 2012, Tom commissioned into the Welsh Guards. Tom owes a lot of his mental attitude to the British Army.
